Brian William Cooper is wanted on two endorsed warrants for the following:
- Theft under $5000
- Operating a conveyance while prohibited
Brian William Cooper is described as:
- Caucasian male
- 6’0 (183 cm)
- 201 lb (91 kg)
- Blonde hair
- Blue eyes
- Tattoo of three triangles on left upper arm
- Tattoo of a dragon on right upper arm
Brian William Cooper is considered dangerous and should not be approached. If you locate him, contact your local police immediately.
