Police in Chetwynd are asking for the public’s help following the death of a dog on November 29, 2023…
Police say on that Wednesday, officers received a report of a dog that was killed and immediately opened up an investigation.
Police confirm the dog was shot and killed and believe the incident was targeted and also an isolated incident. If you were in the area of Jackfish Road around 3:50 pm (MST) and have any information about this or have dash cam video, contact the Chetwynd RCMP at 250-788- 9221 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
