On March 18, 2023, Fort St. John officers located a white Dodge Ram truck on the roadway that had plates attached belonging to a different vehicle. Police did not pull it over at first and a short time later located the same white Dodge Ram parked backwards in a driveway with the driver sitting inside.

Police started an investigation and learned the Dodge Ram was stolen from a parking lot in Fort St. John on March 7, 2023.

The male suspect was arrested for the following…

  • Possession of the Property Obtained by Crime

He was found to have no license and was issued a 24 hour driving suspension. The man was released on an undertaking with conditions to not occupy a seat in a motor vehicle unless the registered owner is present.

His court appearance is set for May 29, 2023.
