Police seek arson suspect after police vehicle catches fire…

PRINCE GEORGE, BC: Police are investigating an early morning arson outside the local RCMP detachment…

Police say shortly after 4:30 AM on Thursday, March 17, 2022, officers attended to a police vehicle on fire near the intersection of 5th Avenue and Vancouver Street. Prince George Fire Services also attended to assist in putting the blaze out. At the time of the fire, the vehicle was unoccupied.

Although the file is still in the early stages, investigators have determined that the fire was the result of arson.
