PRINCE GEORGE, BC: The Prince George RCMP is investigating two separate shooting incidents that occurred overnight on November 4, 2021…
Shortly after 2:30 AM on November 4, 2021, officers received a report of gunshots on the 6100 block of Poplar Place. When police arrived at the location, they found a vehicle with several bullet holes in it. Officers spoke with witnesses who stated they saw an unfamiliar Dodge Ram truck in the area around the time they heard the gunshots, but it is unknown if this truck is related to the incident.
Investigators are asking that any witnesses or that anyone with surveillance cameras or dash cams to check for suspicious persons or vehicles on the 6100 block of Poplar Place between 2:30 – 2:50 a.m. and to contact RCMP with any information. Please quote file number 2021-43409.

A second unrelated shooting incident occurred at 4:30 a.m. on the 2200 block of Queensway. Police received a report of a disturbance at a residence; when Frontline police arrived at the home, they found two people inside with minor gunshot wounds. The two victims were transported to hospital for treatment of their injuries. Investigators believe the suspect(s) were located outside the residence at the time of the shooting.
Police are requesting that anyone who witnessed an unfamiliar vehicle or person on the 2200 block of Queensway around 4:30 this morning, or that anyone who has surveillance or dash cams in the area, to contact investigators with this information. Please quote file number 2021-43420.
