Ended… Strong wind gusts forecast for Tuesday…
Environment Canada is forecasting strong wind gusts on Tuesday for the Prince George region and a Wind Warning is in effect for those in the BC Peace region. Wind gusts up to 70 km/h for the PG region and up to 90 km/h for the BC Peace.

Strong winds that may cause damage are expected Tuesday afternoon.
Winds will rise to southwest 70 km/h gusting to 90 early Tuesday afternoon and will ease early in the evening.
A cold front will sweep across the BC Peace River Tuesday. Gusty winds will rise through the morning, peaking in the afternoon. The strongest winds are expected to ease by the evening, however gusty westerly winds will likely continue through the night in the wake of the front.
Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage. High winds may toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break.
