The Prince George RCMP is asking for the public’s help to ID two men following a firearms incident dating back to August 2024…

Police say the investigation began shortly after 6:00 p.m. on August 23, 2024, when police received a report of shots fired near the 1700-block of Upland Street. Shortly after, two men were seen walking through the area and one of them was carrying a firearm. The men were last seen near a housing complex on the corner of 17th Avenue and Winnipeg Street.

Police officers are looking to speak to these two individuals in relation to this investigation. We are hoping that someone in Prince George will recognize them and let our investigators know who they are and where they are currently residing, states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.

The first person is described as a tall, Indigenous man wearing a long-sleeved red sweatshirt, black ball cap and blue jeans.

The second person is described as a shorter, heavy set Indigenous man wearing a black Metal Mulisha hoody and black shorts.

If you know the two men pictured above, please contact the PG RCMP at 250-561-3300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
