PRINCE GEORGE, BC: One person has been arrested following a violent break and enter on Kellogg Ave that resulted in another person being shot…
On Wednesday, August 24, 2022, shortly before 2:00 AM, officers attended the 1300-block of Kellogg Avenue. When officers arrived at the residence, they located a 35-year-old man who had been shot during an altercation in the home. The victim had already been transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police subsequently arrested a 38-year-old man in connection with the shooting.
“The victim and the suspect are known to one another and investigators believe this to be an isolated incident. The suspect will remain in custody until he can attend court later today,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations officer for the Prince George RCMP. Police officers will be at the residence for several hours today. If anyone in the area has video surveillance or dash cam footage of the incident, or witnessed the event and have not spoken to police, they are asked to call the non-emergency number at 250-561-3300 to speak with police.
