FORT ST. JOHN, BC: Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects involved in a B&E to the CO-OP cardlock in Fort St. John last weekend…

Police say on July 9, 2022 at 2:04 AM, officers received a report of a Break and Enter in progress at the Fort St. JohnΒ CO-OPΒ cardlock located at 7315 100th Avenue.

Thieves broke a window to make entry andΒ made off with cigarettes and two safes. One of the safes and parts of the second have been recovered by police.Β A hydraulic device was used to remove oneΒ safe.

A description of one of the suspectΒ vehicles led police to locate an abandonedΒ 1977 flatbed GMC 3500Β pickup truck that had been stolen earlier in the night, at approximately 1:35 AM, from Prostreet Automotive, 6923 87A Avenue.

RCMP have identifiedΒ two suspects shown in the pictures below.
