PRINCE GEORGE, BC: One driver was arrested following a head-on crash that occurred just after 7 PM on Dec 28 along University Way in Prince George…

Frontline officers and other emergency services attended the area and found a two-vehicle collision involving a pickup truck and an SUV near the University of Northern B.C.. BC Ambulance Service transported three people to University Hospital of Northern B.C. for injuries sustained during the collision.

The driver of the SUV did not sustain serious injuries, however, the 29 year-old male was arrested and taken to the detachment and later released on an Appearance Notice for court on March 31, 2021, pending charge assessment from the B.C. Prosecution Service.

Police believe alcohol was a factor in this incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
