DAWSON CREEK, BC: Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a male following a fire at a local business…
Police say at approximately 2:20 AM, on September 2, the Dawson Creek RCMP was dispatched to a report of a fire at the 7-Eleven on 8th street.
Investigation has revealed that a male entered the store, purchased cigarettes, left the store and went behind the building at which he was viewed on surveillance to strike a match. Shortly thereafter, persons nearby noted a fire at the same location and notified employees whom were able to extinguish the fire.
The male is described as:
- Caucasian male
- 30 to 35 years old
- Wearing a ball cap
- Associated to a Ford Escape
