PRINCE GEORGE, BC: Police are continuing to investigate following a violent Home Invasion that put one person in hospital this past weekend… 

On Saturday November 4th, 2017 at approximately 9:20 pm, the Prince George RCMP responded to a report of a Home Invasion Robbery that occurred on the 2200 block of Spruce Street in Prince George.

Officers attended and located an adult male suffering from injuries consistent with being stabbed with an edged weapon and struck with a blunt object.  He was transported to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Initial indications were that two to four masked males pushed their way into the residence demanding money and jewelry.  One of the suspects was in possession of a handgun.  A struggle ensued.  The victim was harmed and the suspects fled emptyhanded before police were called.

All suspects were wearing dark clothing. At least one was Caucasian and at least one was of First Nations decent.

Patrols were made for the suspects, however none were located.
