This map is the current prohibition map for Category 1,2, and 3 fires within the PG Fire Centre for May 19, 2023. No opening burning is allowed until October 15, 2023. Residents and Visitors are NOT allowed to have campfires in the PG Fire Centre. The City of Prince George has an air bylaw that restricts campfires during AQ events and is following the campfire ban without an air quality advisory. The City of Fort St. John has implemented a total campfire ban within city limits.
