Join the City of Prince George and 20,000 of your closest friends for Canada Day at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park on Tuesday, July 1, from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Enjoy multicultural food and entertainment, games and bouncy castles for the kids, and browse the vendor market. There’s plenty of fun for everyone in the family!

Free Shuttle Service All Day

This year, the City is pleased to offer a free accessible shuttle between the Canfor Leisure Pool and Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park all day, thanks to Pacific Western Charters Ltd. and Northern Health Connections. 

Catch the Northern Health Connections shuttle on 7th Ave. outside the Canfor Leisure Pool every half hour starting at 11:00 am and ending at 6:30 pm. It’s a great way to attend Canada Day in the Park without having to deal with parking!

Come and enjoy the bouncy houses and face-painting or join the Public Library, UNBC Chess Club, Two Rivers Art Gallery, and Engage Sport North in a variety of active and creative games, crafts, and activities for kids. 

On the opposite side of the path, join the Multicultural Heritage Society for their Game Zone activities from many lands and cultures, plus learn about bike safety and pick up some free safety gear with the Prince George Brain Injured Group, Koops Bike Shop, and special guests Texas 4,000 for Cancer, a student cancer research fundraiser cycling 4,000 miles from Texas to Alaska.
