PRINCE GEORGE

The PG RCMP is asking for the public’s help to ID a vehicle involved in a pedestrian hit and run incident from earlier this month…

Police say on June 16, 2025 just after 11:30 PM, officers responded to a MVI involving a pedestrian at the intersection of 11th Ave and Victoria Street.

The vehicle sought is described as a silver 4-door SUV. The driver of the SUV did not remain at the scene as shown in the video below. The pedestrian was transported to UHNBC with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Despite gathering available video surveillance from the area, we have not been able to positively identify the suspect vehicle. We are hoping that anyone who was in the area that evening and may have seen the vehicle and have dash camera, cell phone or video surveillance. Please contact the Prince George RCMP non-emergency line with that information, states Corporal Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.

Investigators have released dash camera footage of the suspect vehicle in the hopes that someone may recognize the SUV and know its current whereabouts.

This file remains under investigation.
