Police in Fort St. John are asking for the public’s help in identifying a male suspect who robbed a local convenience store during the overnight on Friday (Sept 6)…

Police say the incident began at 2:30 AM, when a lone male entered the building and demanded money from the cashier working at the Circle K store on 100th Ave. The man was gesturing that he had a weapon.

Officers immediately attended the scene and were able to obtain a visual description of the suspect.

The male suspect is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Approximately 6 ft tall
  • Approximately 175 lbs
  • Wearing sunglasses, socks for gloves and what appeared to be a shirt as a face covering,
  • Light blue jeans, dark boots
