UPDATE – The Prince George RCMP is looking for anyone with video camera footage that may have captured the fatal motor vehicle incident that occurred on June 29, 2024.

“Police officers continue to investigate the cause of the collision that took the life of the motorcycle driver that afternoon. We are appealing to the public, asking for any dash camera or cell phone video footage that may have caught the incident itself or the driving behaviour of the vehicles involved,” states. Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.

A serious crash in Prince George this afternoon has claimed the life of one person…

Details are limited at this time, but Police have confirmed a motorcycle and another vehicle collided just before 3 pm this afternoon.

Massey Drive between Griffiths Ave and Pine Centre Road remains closed to all traffic.

“Police are advising people in the area to find alternate routes around Massey Drive. The road will remain closed for much of the afternoon and evening as the investigation continues,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.
