The Dawson Creek RCMP has confirmed that the human remains located on the 219 Road in Dawson Creek this past April have been positively identified by the BC Coroners Service as Darylyn Supernant. Her remains were discovered on Friday, April 19, 2024.
This identification was made using comparison DNA sample from the parents’ DNA and that from the recovered remains. Next of Kin has been completed with the family.
Darylyn Supernant was last seen on Friday, March 15, 2023, and was reported missing to the RCMP on Friday, March 22, 2023.
The investigation remains active. No further details are available at this time.
