An overnight fire on Norwood Street has destroyed a mobile home and a 5th wheel trailer…
Just after 2 am Wednesday, PG Fire Rescue responded from two halls with four apparatus and eleven suppression personal to a home on the 2100 block of Norwood Street.
When crews arrived on scene, they found a fully involved fire consuming a single wide trailer. The fire spread to a 5th wheel that was stored between one mobile home and another. Luckily, the second mobile home did not catch fire but the other two were completely destroyed.
There was no one in the mobile home at the time of the fire. Damage was estimated to be $30,000 to $40,000 to both the trailer and 5th wheel. There were no injuries to the public or fire personnel.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation
