Police in Fort St. John continue to investigate an attempted murder of an individual from December 2023…
Police say the incident took place on December 12, 2023, at an apartment building on 105th Ave. A person was shot and wounded inside the apartment. A motive to the incident is not yet clear, however, RCMP believe the incident is connected to the ongoing gang conflict across BC.
Police previously sought public assistance in locating a blue Subaru Forester believed to have been the vehicle used by the suspect(s) to depart the scene. The Subaru was located by a member of the public on December 30, 2023, abandoned at a lease site near Charlie Lake.
