One person was seriously injured following an assault at a local apartment building in Houston on Tuesday…
Police say on January 2, 2024, officers responded to a report of an assault with injuries. Upon arrival to the location, officers located a person with significant injuries and they were immediately transported to hospital.
Based on information received in the infancy of the investigation, one person was located a short time later and taken into custody where they remain pending a bail hearing.
The investigation is active and support units are assisting the Houston RCMP as they continue to gather evidence.
