FORT ST. JOHN ROAD CLOSURE

UPDATE 2 – Just to let everyone know that this incident investigation belongs to the BC Highway Patrol and an update as to what happened is being worked on. North District tells PJXM that no further information is available right now. As of November 30, 2023.

UPDATE – Alaska Highway is now open following this mornings vehicle incident.

Motorists be advised the Alaska Highway, in the Northbound lanes, between the Finning Frontage Rd and the 269 Rd is CLOSED due to a vehicle incident.

A detour is available using the Clairmont Frontage to head northbound.

There are NO further details from PJXM News at this time. Tune to local media.
