BC Transit and the City of Prince George are hoping to make the holidays a little brighter for our community with the annual Food for Fare campaign that will help support the local Salvation Army Food Bank here in Prince George.
Beginning next Monday, December 4th, Prince George transit riders can get on the buses or handyDART system by donating a non-perishable food item! A donation box will be located right behind the driver’s seat.
The Food for Fare runs until Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
All the food collected will be given to the Prince George Salvation Army Food bank located on 18th Ave.
