A serious single vehicle crash Sunday morning has claimed the lives of two teens…
Police say on November 26, 2023, at approximately 5:37 am, officers from Quesnel responded to a single vehicle crash on the Barkerville Hwy near Corbett Road.
Investigation reveals the vehicle was travelling eastbound on the Barkerville Hwy when it left the roadway and struck a tree. A 17 year-old male and a 17 year-old female were in the vehicle at the time of the crash and pronounced dead at the scene. It is unknown why the vehicle left the roadway.
Condolences goes out to family and friends during this tragic time.
