Each month the BC RCMP and PJXM News will feature a police dog from around the province, including the Lower Mainland District Integrated Police Dog Service (IPDS) which includes partners from the Abbotsford, Delta, New Westminster, Port Moody and West Vancouver Police departments.
Today we present MAKO from the Fort St. John RCMP!!

Thing that would surprise you about the dog: Mako loves to eat apples. During the fall, he will even pick apples right from the apple tree in our yard.
Memorable call: Mako was called to assist with locating a person in crisis. Mako was able to track and find the person safe and sound.
