A 52-year-old woman has died following a crash involving an ATV in Quesnel over the weekend…
Police say on July 3, 2023 at approximately 7:36 PM, officers responded to an ATV crash in the Blue Lake area, off Moffatt Lake Rd in Quesnel.
The woman was a passenger on the ATV when it crashed. The male driver suffered minor injuries.
Police say alcohol is believed to be a contributing factor in the crash.
Police are reminding the public to not operate any vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs as the consequences can be deadly.
