Police in Fort St. John are asking for the public’s help to identify three youth following a break and enter to North Peace Secondary School on June 10…
Police say on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at just after 10:00am, officers received a report of a break and enter which occurred during the overnight at NPSS.
The youths made entry to the school by smashing a glass window at the teacher’s entrance.Β The suspects then made their way to the offices, causing significant damage to the main office area of the school and the principal’s offices including broken doors and smashed windows.
Three suspects were observed on surveillance video, entering the school at 3:25 AM.

The first suspect is described as:
- Male youth,
- Grey hoodie with writing down the left sleeve and light markings,
- Light grey pants,
- Black deck shoes,
- Wearing a dark with potentially orange and yellow spotted backpack.

The second suspect is described as:
- Female youth,
- Possibly longer blonde hair,
- Black hoodie,
- Grey sweat pants,
- Grey and red Nike runners with red soles.

The third suspect is described as:
- Slender male youth,
- Black hoodie with Cocaine and Caviar on the back,
- Grey athletic pants,
- Black slides (sandals) with black socks.
“The suspects are believed to be NPSS students as they appeared to have been familiar with the school layout”, said Constable Chad Neustaeter, Fort St John RCMP Media Relations Officer. “I would encourage the individuals to take the opportunity to turn themselves in at the police detachment as soon as possible.”
The RCMP believe that parents of the suspects and potentially many other students from the North Peace Secondary School are likely to recognize these youth and are asking them to call police.
If you can identify the suspects, please contact the Fort St. John RCMP at 250-787-8100 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
