Police say during the overnight of May 19, 2023, a report came in that a man riding a bike in the area of 15th Street and 102nd Ave was surrounded by a bunch of vehicles. The suspects got out and attacked the victim, knocking him unconscious. Officers say the incident occurred between the hours of 3am and 5am.
