BC Hydro is saying power could be restored to over 15,000 residents following a major outage during the overnight on Monday…
Just before 3:30 am, a transmission circuit failure knocked power out to large pockets of residential neighbourhoods in Prince George from the Hart, to Heritage and even Westwood areas, are just a few of the 10 outages. Downtown and parts of central Prince George currently have power.
Some residents have had power restored just after 8 am Monday.
The BC Hydro website states that other areas could have their power restored around 8:30 AM Monday.
