The Prince George RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person…

Missing is John Matthew Casimel, 79, who was last seen at his residence on April 1, 2023.

Police say John has limited mobility and uses a mobility scooter to get around. Officers have conducted extensive patrols in the downtown area where he is known to frequent but have no recent sightings of him.

John Matthew Casimel is described as:

  • Indigenous male
  • 5’11” tall
  • 161 lbs.
  • Brown eyes
  • Black hair that is greying
  • Moustache
  • Often wears a cowboy hat
