UPDATE: Joy has been located safe in California. RCMP reached out to Interpol and Joy was located in California safe and sound. Police have notified the family. We have removed her photo.

Police in Fort St. John are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman…

Missing is Joy Maureen Davies, 67.

Joy was reported missing on March 31, 2023, but had not been spoken to by family since approximately September 2022.

Joy does not have a known cell phone number and family does not have a last known address where she used to live. The family is concerned that she may be suffering from some mental health concerns.

Joy was last seen in the Fort St. John area on September 29, 2022, where police interacted with her in the Baldonnel area.

Joy Maureen Davies is described as:

• Caucasian female
• 5’3″ tall
• 124 lbs
• Green eyes
• Blonde hair

The Fort St. John RCMP continue to investigate and request the public’s assistance in locating Joy in order to confirm her well-being.
