The IIO is asking any motorist who travelled through the intersection of Highway 97 and Willowcale Road—or who were stopped for the police interaction—on Thursday, March 16, 2023, between 6:05 pm and 6:20 pm, with relevant information, or dashcam or other video footage of the incident to please contact the Witness Line toll-free at 1-855-446-8477 or via the contact form on the iiobc.ca website.
