UPDATE 2 January 13, 2023 at 7:30 AM. Freezing Rain has since ended, however, local roads and rural roads are in poor driving conditions from the rain and overnight freezing temperatures. Snowfall mixed with rain will continue to fall north of Prince George for the remainder of Friday.
Use extreme caution when heading out this morning!

UPDATED January 12, 2023 at 9:34 PM – Freezing rain mixed with wet snow is forecast for the next while in the Prince George area, particularly north on Highway 97 and to the west along Highway 16. Heavy snow is also expected in the Pine Pass region tonight. 10 to 15 cm of snow is expected.
Take extra caution if headed out tonight and Friday morning.
