Canada Day is here and with it comes some probability of severe thunderstorms this afternoon…
Environment Canada suggests storms could roll in between 12 pm and 9 pm this evening and could put a damper on the evenings fireworks display if it’s is too wet afterwards.
Thousands of people are expected to be at Lheidli Tβenneh Memorial Park today for multicultural celebrations. So be on the lookout for stormy skies this afternoon and remember when thunder roars head indoors or to your car… Common sense is don’t hide under any trees in the park for your own safety!
