UPDATE: Environment Canada has ended the Winter Storm Warning for the BC Peace.
The storm warning applies to the Pine Pass region at this time. As of November 20, 2021 at 11:02 AM PST. Snow may still accumulate in the region during the evening and overnight.
For the Prince George region: Between 10 to 20 cm of snow mixed with rain and strong winds are expected to begin later tonight and throughout Saturday. As of November 19, 2021 at 12:29 pm PST.

UPDATE: Environment Canada has now issued a Winter Storm Warning for the areas mentioned below. As of Nov 19, 2021 at 11:09 am PST.
Environment Canada has issued a Winter Storm Watch for the Pine Pass and the Peace Region. Up to 30 cm of snow is possible beginning Friday and lasting until Sunday.
Environment Canada says a series of low pressure systems crossing northern B.C. will produce a total of 20 to 30 cm of snow by Sunday morning. The hardest hit areas will be communities along Highway 97, Pine Pass, parts of the B.C. Peace River and parts of the McGregor region.
Dawson Creek and Hudson’s Hope may see a break in the snow on Saturday between storms but more snow will arrive Saturday night.
Snow will change to rain Sunday afternoon and end Sunday night.
