Chetwynd resident Jocelyn Rae Rose Wood, 35, pleaded guilty to three separate charges stemming from a motor vehicle incident that occurred on October 28, 2020. Ms. Wood was sentenced with the following:
- Dangerous operation causing bodily harm
- Failure to comply with demand after accident resulting in bodily harm
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
Ms. Wood received a two-year Conditional Sentence Order and a two-year driving prohibition.
The B.C. Prosecution Service dropped the charges against Ms. Wood’s two co-accused.
