UPDATE: A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for the Prince George and Quesnel regions.

Thunderstorms and wind gusts up to 70 km/h are possible this afternoon in the Prince George region…
Environment Canada suggests that the wind will accompany thunderstorms between 2 pm and 9 pm this evening. Strong winds gusts are capable of downing trees and branches and toss loose items not tied down or put away in the yard.
Be prepared just in case.
