Earl James Fargo Lerat, 39 years-old, is wanted for two counts of driving while prohibited.
Mr. Lerat is described as:
- Indigenous male
- 5’7″
- 201 lbs.
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
- Any other details: tattoo on right arm of skulls
Mr. Lerat should be considered VIOLENT and should not be approached. If you locate him, call police immediately.
