Police say on July 23 and 24, 2021, members of the Serious Crime Unit arrested Cuyler AUBICHON, Kelly RICHET and Chris RUSSELL.
Back on June 15, 2016, RCMP responded to a shooting in the 3600 block of Forrest Ave near Ospika. There, RCMP members found 33 year-old Robert Milligan shot to death in his own driveway.
More than 5 years later, investigators have made arrests in the case.
All three suspects remain in custody.
