PRINCE GEORGE, BC: The Prince George RCMP’s Serious Crime Unit is confirming that they have arrested a suspect in relation to the homicide investigation on PG Pulpmill Road back on April 10…

Police arrested 25-year-old David MacLeod shortly after the incident occurred.

MacLeod made his first appearance in court on April 26, 2021. The B.C. Prosecution Service approved one count of second degree Murder and two counts of Attempt to Commit Murder. MacLeod will remain in custody until his next court appearance on May 12, 2021.

Due to a court-imposed publication ban, the Prince George RCMP will not be releasing any further information on this file.

This matter is now before the courts.
