Police say on March 11, 2021 at 1:15 PM, the Prince George RCMP received report of a suspect stealing packages from a residence located on the 1600 block of Gillett Street.

The homeowner reported they saw the male on their front door surveillance walk up and steal two packages from the front steps. The homeowner provided police with a very detailed description of the suspect, which aided members in locating the male.

Less than 45 minutes after the initial report came in to police, members had the suspect arrested. Police identified the male as 40 year-old Jeffrey KRAFCZYK.

Police are familiar with KRAFCZYK and transported him to the police detachment.

“The B.C. Prosecution Service approved one charge of Theft under $5,000 and one charge of Fail to comply with probation against Mr. Krafczyk,” states Cst. Jennifer Cooper of the Prince George RCMP.
