The Alaska Highway is now open in Dawson Creek at 21st Street.

Motorists be advised that the Alaska Highway is CLOSED in both directions in Dawson Creek at 21st Street and Hwy 97. A detour is in place. DriveBC.ca is reporting it as a Police Incident. As of 11:40 AM MST.

Estimated time of opening is 12 pm MST.
