PRINCE GEORGE, BC: People with mobility challenges now have improved access to Prince George thanks to 10 recently installed curb drops at popular City parks and public spaces. Curb drops do exactly as their name implies and β€œdrop” down to allow easier access for people using mobility devices or who may otherwise have a little more trouble getting around.

Five of these new amenities have been installed in Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park: three along Taylor Drive, including at the Lheidli T’enneh Cemetery entrance at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park, and two along the Park on 17th Avenue. Crews have also installed four at the Canada Games Plaza and one in Rainbow Park along Stuart Drive.

Written and released by City of Prince George.
