A local business owner was reviewing external surveillance images and found two unknown men in possession of what appeared to be a hand gun. Frontline officers seized the video.
On Monday April 27, officers located and identified one of the men and found him in possession of a pellet gun, which was believed to be the same as seen in the video. The pellet gun was seized.
No Criminal intent has been identified. Charges are not being considered. This investigation has been concluded.
