FORT ST. JOHN, BC: Police are looking for the public’s help after several individuals were seen smashing out windows on an entry door at an apartment building last week in Fort St. John…

Police say on February 1, 2020, at approximately 3:30 AM, a call came in saying five males with a baseball bat smashed out the entry door window and then fled in two separate vehicles.
The five men are described as:

  • First Nations
  • two men were wearing baseball caps
  • one man had a moustache

Three suspects fled the scene in a white pickup truck while the other two men fled the scene in a white 4-door sedan. Both vehicles drove east on 103rd Ave and then turned south on 98th Street. Officers attended the scene but no suspects could be located.

“This mischief appears to be random as no person was target or injured,” said Cpl. James Gray. “We’re hoping the public might be able to provide some valuable information which can further this investigation.”

The Fort St. John RCMP continue to investigate and is asking anyone who may have information about the mischief to building to contact police.
