Police say just before 10:30 AM, a Quesnel RCMP officer was heading to an unrelated crash on Highway 97 when they came upon the PGCC truck in the ditch near Norn Road.
All occupants were treated for various non-life threatening injuries. All the occupants of the PGCC truck were accounted for.
Winter weather likely played a role in the crash as it was snowing at the time. Highway 97 was closed briefly and reopened to single lane alternating traffic for several hours. The scene was cleared just after 2 pm.
