Snow is in the forecast for many areas of Central and Northern BC for the next few days.
Environment Canada has issued a Snowfall Warning for Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge, and the Dawson Creek region. 10 to 15 cm of snow is expected, particularly around Tumbler Ridge.
Other areas around the region like Prince George and the Pine Pass region could see around 5 cm of snow by Thursday evening. Fort St. John could also receive 5 cm of snow by Thursday evening.

Snowfall with total amounts of 10 to 15 cm is expected.
A frontal system over the BC coast will move inland tonight. Snow associated with this system will begin over the Peace region early Thursday morning and continue through the evening. Total snowfall accumulations of 10 to 15 cm is in the forecast with the heaviest amounts expected near Tumbler Ridge.
Rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
