PRINCE GEORGE, BC: A 22 year-old man is in hospital following a pedestrian involved collision on Sunday afternoon…
Police say just before 4:30 PM, the Prince George RCMP received a report of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian at the corner of Ospika Blvd. and Davis Road in Prince George.
The pedestrian was transported to hospital for treatment of serious injuries and fortunately the injuries are not life threatening. The 73 year-old male driver remained on scene, however the Ford SUV involved in the collision was seized for mechanical inspection. Alcohol is not believed to be involved.
A portion of the road was closed to traffic as investigators gathered evidence. The investigation into this collision is continuing.
