PRINCE GEORGE, BC: An impaired driver could be facing charges after a two vehicle crash on the Hart Saturday afternoon…
Police say at the noon hour, officers responded to a report of a two vehicle crash at Foothills Blvd and Chief Lake Road on the Hart Highway.
Upon arrival to the scene, members located a pickup truck that crashed into an SUV. The adult male driver and a child were removed from the SUV and transported to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the pickup, a 38 year-old male from Prince George, was arrested for impaired driving and transported to the Detachment for further investigation. He was later released on a Promise to Appear in court on a future date.
Vehicle traffic in the area was affected for approximately 3 hours while officers gathered evidence from the scene. The investigation is continuing.
