Robbery suspects caught in Grande Prairie…

DAWSON CREEK, BC: Two men who robbed a business in Dawson Creek earlier this morning have been caught in Grande Prairie…

The incident began at approximately 5:10 AM, when Dawson Creek officers were notified of a robbery at a business located on 108th Ave and 17th Street in the city.

Two unknown males walked into the business with a knife and demanded money from the till. The staff member complied and both suspects fled in a stolen vehicle from Fort St. John with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Late this afternoon, the Dawson Creek RCMP was notified by Police in Grande Prairie that they had arrested two men in connection to a stolen vehicle from Fort St. John and robbery out of Dawson Creek.

Both men remain in custody at the Grande Prairie RCMP Detachment at this time.
